First came "Oumuamua". Then the TikTok UFO. And finally 3i Atlas. Your own news networks carried our signals, flashing them across the world, mentally preparing you for our arrival.
Your leaders knew. They watched as we crossed your solar system and felt the sweat rise. For thousands of years we've traveled, aboard a colossal vessel riding the space rock you call 3i Atlas.
Our mission was simple: seed Earth with new life and evolve it to the next stage. The distance between habitable worlds is vast, and our species had multiplied too quickly to remain contained on the craft. So we chose 5,555 of our brightest minds, brave "volunteers".
A wasteland the size of Manhattan called Dumpster Island. Where trash goes never to be seen again!
This became the new home of our chosen few. Worse still, the DNA serum we gave them, a mutation potion designed by Dr Mac to adapt their bodies swiftly to Earth's elements had a unwanted reaction with the island's toxic air. Instead of adopting them to earth it evolved them in to radio active freaks.
